At Brookies Fish Market, we source our live oysters and raw bar selections from some of the world’s most trusted and respected purveyors—and we’re delighted to deliver that same exceptional quality straight to your event.WHAT TO EXPECT: For your event, we’ll create a visually stunning ice table display complete with crushed ice, our signature cocktail sauce, house-made red wine mignonette, fresh lemons, and kale for garnish. We provide all necessary tools for shucking, along with a curated selection of raw bar menu items tailored to your preferences, all served by our friendly and professional team.
Our experienced shuckers will handle everything—from setting up the display and arranging the freshest seafood to shucking on-site—while engaging guests with easygoing conversation and a signature Brookies charm. Since our team also works in the market, they’re full of knowledge (and a few entertaining stories), so questions are always welcome!
